Does my deck need a permit in Kelowna?
Many raised decks do. We check height and scope against City of Kelowna rules, and the work order says who pulls the permit.
Composite or wood?
It depends on sun exposure, budget and upkeep. The chosen product goes in the work order by name.
Can you fix an old deck instead of replacing it?
If the structure is sound, often yes. If it is not, we show you why before we price a rebuild.
